• 12:30pm – Band arrival & soundcheck (doors open for fans)

• 1:30–2:30pm – Meet & Greet with The Mercians + exclusive merch sales

• 3:00pm – Kick-off: Ashby Ivanhoe vs Harrowby United

• 3:45pm (HT) – Half-time penalty shootout with the band pitchside

• 5:00pm – Full-time whistle

• 5:30–6:15pm – Live set from The Mercians

• 6:15pm till late – DJ set + afterparty
